Exchange Policy

  1. Items are only eligible for exchange if they are defective or sent wrongly. You should notify us within 24 hours upon receiving them.

     

  2. Email us at support@elitepenguin.com to inform us the reason for exchange. Include pictures as well. We will liaise with you to facilitate the return, if approved. Exchanges are investigated on a case-to-case basis.

     

  3. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

     

  4. Items once sold are non-refundable.
