Exchange Policy
- Items are only eligible for exchange if they are defective or sent wrongly. You should notify us within 24 hours upon receiving them.
- Email us at support@elitepenguin.com to inform us the reason for exchange. Include pictures as well. We will liaise with you to facilitate the return, if approved. Exchanges are investigated on a case-to-case basis.
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Items once sold are non-refundable.
