When will I receive my items?
Most of our products are printed after order has been received. You can see the estimated delivery time at checkout page. It varies, depending on your location. Do note that all delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
How long does "free shipping" option take to arrive?
Free shipping takes the same number of days as “Flat rate” shipping.
Shipping Exclusions
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
For now, we are unable to ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

How do I change or cancel an order?
Unfortunately, changes are not possible once an order have been submitted in our system. The system automatically sends it to our vendor for printing once payment is received. Items once sold are non-refundable. If you have accidentally put in the wrong address, contact us immediately and we will do our best to change the address provided our supplier has not shipped it yet.
How can I track my order?
We will send you an email when your order is shipped out so you will know when to expect your order. A tracking number will be provided via email once it has been shipped. It may take a few days before you receive the tracking number.
What print method do you use?
We use direct-to-garment printing (DTG) method. It’s a method where ink is sprayed onto the garment. On dark colored t-shirts, a layer of white ink is applied underneath in order for the colors to show.
How long do the prints last?
DTG prints can stay vibrant for a long time if you follow the care instructions. For DTG print method, white t-shirts tend to last longer as they do not have the extra white coating underneath and designs are printed directly onto the t-shirts.
